To ensure your visit runs as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask you to pay by debit card (PIN) at OsteoPlaza. Prefer to pay by credit card? Please note that in this case, an additional 4% transaction fee will be charged, as these costs are passed on to us by the payment provider.
After payment, you will immediately receive a digital invoice (PDF format), so you can easily submit it to your health insurance provider.

Cancel appointment?
At OsteoPlaza, we understand that plans can change. Should you be unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. So we can offer someone else the opportunity for treatment. You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, we are required to charge for the reserved time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping OsteoPlaza accessible to all clients.

Insurance and reimbursement
At OsteoPlaza, we are proud of our recognized accreditations and qualifications. We are registered with the NOF, and carry the professional title of D.O.-MRO. In addition, we have earned the degree BSc.Ost.Med, which demonstrates that we meet the highest quality standards maintained by leading osteopathy quality institutes.
Because we comply with this, depending on your insurer, part of the osteopathic treatment is reimbursed if you have supplementary insurance.
